We want all our orders to bring you a smile but in case you are not 100 percent satisfied with it, follow these steps:
Eligibility Return
You can have an item back in 3 days after getting the article.
The product should be new, not used in any way, and must still be in its original boxing.
Temperature-sensitive medicines or health products will not be returned due to the exposure to temperature other than defective and damaged products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Prescription drugs (after being delivered).
Itinerary items that are allowed to be opened or unsealed Opened or unsealed items.
Products which have not been returned with original invoice.
Return Process
Please send us to medicosesupply@gmail.com your order number +92 331 0316555 and the reason of returning it. Your re-shipment will be confirmed and instructions on how to ship the item will be given. We will make a refund through the same method of payment in 7 10 days working period.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Wrong or Damaged Items
All the damaged, expired, or defective products should be reported within 24 hours after the clear photos. We will have a replacement or a refund.
