1 Low platelet level due to choronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
2 Low platelet count due to choronic hepatitis C virus infection
3 Severe aplastic anemia
i- First-line treatment of severe aplastic anemia
ii- Treatment of refractory severe aplastic anemia.
Eltrombopag is not used to treat myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
